Hedman elite will fit. Gotta do the rest of the exhaust with it. They're thermal coated mild steel with 1 5/8" primaries, 3" collectors, thick tubing and flanges.

I tossed a set of Edelbrock Tubular Exhaust System (TES) headers/Y-pipe on my '88 nearly 20 years ago.

'Course, Edelbrock discontinued them a decade ago. The headers and Y-pipe are very durable stainless steel--if you can find a used set, you'd be in great shape. Mine are p/n 6667 with AIR injection fittings.

The flanges that bolt the Y-pipe to the headers are mild steel, so they rust away to nothing. They're replaceable.

Oooops. Sorry. Just noticed that Edelbrock didn't have fitment for '94-'95, and '93 in the 2500 series only.

Beyond that, there's other companies selling similar shorty headers.

I used flotec headers shorty 1.625 tubes and 2.5 collectors. I wanted to go with long tube .but was not sure they would clear the front shaft.
I also did a 2.5 true dual exhaust with the headers.
