I have some questions about my project. Looking to do a SAS on my truck thats 2wd. Plan on putting 2005+ f250 front and rear axles. Was gonna go with leaf springs on front but decided i wanna go with coil overs. Will the coilovers from a f250 fit in the stock coil buckets on my truck? I know ill have to fab some things up. Plan on putting 10"-12" lift with a 4 link. Tried looking on internet to see if theres kits for the swap but everything is for 4wd or 99+ 2wds. Putting a 6.0 with 4l80, whats would be the best transfer case to go with? Installing a floor shifter for 4wd.

I just did this swap, I took my 1992 C1500 reg cab short box put 2003 F350 diffs under it with coils in the factory upper location Built a bucket and radius arm mount for the diff side. I bolted a GM NV4500 / np 241 in with a Woody's SYE with 1350 CV flange rear output kit. Been driving for the last 2 weeks doing adjustments and getting used to it. I am ordering a Weaver Fab High steer knuckle for my height, but you may be fine with just a drop pitman if your lower.

I bolted a my 5.7 with a GM NV4500 / np 241 plus Woody's SYE with 1350 CV flange rear output kit. Been driving for the last 2 weeks doing adjustments and getting used to it. I am ordering a Weaver Fab High steer knuckle for my height. I went up 18 over all (on 37" right now) . I would use a 2005 up next time better tube to work with on drivers side. Do you want to use coil overs or coils? I used Procomp 6" lift ( i believe) gas super duty coils and they are the exact same dimension as the GM 2wd front coil just taller of course.
