Finally getting some time to get back on this project. Got the 454 all stripped of its parts, wasn't sure what I was gonna find but it's in great shape as far as I can tell and probably didn't need the full tear down but I like to have peace of mind. The motor has had a little work done to it in the form of heads being gasket matched as well as some dome pistons so all I'm gonna do is new bearings, rings, and gaskets and put her back together.

I got the bed floor welded back in and about to start modifying rear wheel tubs and get those back in and then I can sandblast the box and start fixing the rust on passenger box side.
