Wanted to thank DerekTheGreat for his advice in cleaning out the cowl panel. The carpet was wet and the insulation was completely soaked.
Floor pan is rusty but still solid thankfully. Spare tire jack bolt, drivers side sill panel, and a few plastic panels broke but finally got the interior out.

Carpet and insulation came out without a fight. Sucks the carpet looked decent but was soaked with mold

My other vehicles are black on black so the cherry red metallic/dark red interior is a nice change.
After I get the new weather striping, seals and belt molding installed, I'm going to reinstall the bench seat and run it through a car wash to see how moist she gets.
