Really nice! Although I confess I never liked stepsides much, especially this era of GM's iteration of them. The fact they share the same bumper as fleetside trucks just makes them look weird from certain angles to me. The next generation had a much better execution, complete with their own unique taillights. But stepsides are shortboxes and so I'd still rock it, not like I put much in my bed as it is anyway.
Totally agree with you. The tradeoff is that the GMT800 stepside has no "step" behind the wheels.

Bahama blue I think, haven't looked at the code.
I prefer fleetside also but ended up with 2 stepsides. The stepside does offer
better visibility when backing up.
The rear bumper is not the same as the fleet.
My daughter had minor bumps but our confidence in her driving was hurt.
The blue truck will be for my 15 yr old son. My silver stepside was originally bought for my daughter
but I liked driving it and kept it for myself and got her the Tahoe.
This blue stepside drives better then the silver one so it might be mine too.
