Super dealing with him - sent me some switches I needed, including hunting down some more after the first box got mis-delivered and apparently lost by USPS. Yesterday, two weeks after the tracking showed "delivered" (4/13) a neighbor finally decided to check his mail and brought the original package over. Then about an hour later, the replacement package showed up because I asked him to send it "signature confirmation" so that the carrier would have to come to my door (hopefully mine, anyway) for me to sign..
Anyway all that mess is on USPS; just saying 89RCLB was easy to work with and was willing to go the extra mile to dig up replacements when it wasn't even his fault. Top freakin' notch!
