89 k1500 5.0 no start

The first question on the a-2 chart is does the ses light come on and then yes or no. No -> follow chart A-1

I opened my ecm and i guess its broken by seeing the burnt ‘wire’.

Is this fixable or should i buy a new ecm without prom/mem-cal or fully new?

Lay a piece of wire along that trace and solder it in on either end.
