I would almost guarantee the bezel’s all are wired the same. Take bezel w/bulbs installed. Then put 12v to one red and negative to the other red(diagonal), then the same with the yellow as noted in picture below. One test will light the 2 center brake lights and the other, the outside 2 cargo lamp’s. If that works then you have other electrical gremlins. But, you’ve always said it was a fitment issue.

Let me ask you about cleaning these assemblies...after the water and baking soda you just submerged these I alcohol? For how long? Thanks

Distilled water and baking soda. I did about 1 hour. Did you connect 12v to test?

Right.. they're kind of weaseling around the subject, because yeah; their lens will "fit" if you change the base to one from a reg/crew cab because their lens is reg/crew cab. So their lens will fit that base.. but that base won't fit your extended cab. Not correctly, anyway. What a crummy way to advertise that part, especially when you consider how much it costs.
