88-94 Center Console in 95-98?

Will an 88-94 center console fit a 95-98? Still deciding whether or not I should build my own, or just take a pre-94 one and be done with it. If you have pics with one installed in the newer style interior, that would be great! Just can't find any info on this, only the "88-94 to 95-98" swaps.

And how good are the 88-94 seats compared to the 95-98 seats? I really like my seats, but my driver's side seat is causing a yellow mess on the carpet and cannot find a good pair of 95-98 blue buckets at the junk yard, the 88-94 seem to hold up better? Is the quality any better?

I know this is months later but i just swapped the 88-94 into my 95 4 door tahoe. Bolted right up and looks so much better. And you get actual cupholders

I went the opposite direction and installed a 00-02 console out of a suburban in my 99 suburban.

That's good news, I'm glad they swap with no issues. I actually might do this swap with my 97 instead of my 98, I freakin' hate swapping my cup holder insert from each truck whenever I want to drive them, since they have the same console.

That does look pretty sweet, especially with the 95-up interior, I'll have to do some research on those, I know of a junkyard that's got plenty of GMT800s, so finding one shouldn't be an issue.

Looks like I've got some thinking to do on which I should swap to.

I went backwards in time....i have a 96 donner with leather power seats i might try converting mine
