I'm about to swap my 10 bolt 3.42 in my 99OBS Tahoe with a 14 bolt sf 6 lug that has 3.73 gears which will work till i can afford 4.10's for the front and rear. My question comes in on the front diff, my uncle gave me the entire front diff out of a 2001 NBS silveraldo that has 3.73 gears in it. Would that entire NBS (01) model front diff install in my OBS Tahoe or would I have to tear them down and install the gearset feom the 01 diff in my 99OBS housing?
