6.0 turbo into a K2500

I've got a 2000 k2500 crew cab classic. 5.7 runs fantastic but is sluggish especially when pulling. L36 crate engines are dirt cheap I was thinking about doing a 6.0 with a single turbo. Mostly going for efficiency than power. looking to run ~7-10 PSI. Does anyone know of a good turbo to look at? Thought about a 66mm just not sure what i should be looking for

I ran a S475/83 on a LQ4 towing alot. No complaints. It would tow 7000# and have enough low end grunt to keep the torque converter locked in 4th gear (4L80E).
Don't go with a cheap turbo if you plan on towing alot often.

S366 with a large turbine would be my next choice for a low boost setup.
