1996 4L60E with 15,000 miles on a rebuild. Trans with shift into forward gears, will shift into reverse. Rpm will drop, but it will not back up unless I mesh the throttle. Then it will back up slow like the trans or brakes are dragging???? Fluid looks good, proper level and not burnt.... It seems to me like a low pressure issue..... Any help would be appreciated....
