Those are the actual seat 'skins', as original. A much better plan than the pull-over-top-of-the-original 'covers'.
There is another Co. that also does the factory style covers, & they offer the replacement foam cushions as well. Brain-fart on the name though. They've been mentioned here on the forum before, somewhere.
The backrest foam is not available from any Co., that I'm aware of.

Welcome! Not much help with the seat covers here but you may want to consider a new windshield also.

If you remove the fabric on yours couldn't you just take a seam ripper to it and then use the fabric as a pattern?

Yeah I'm not a fan of seat covers either but OP asked for some.

I have dogs that like to shed and I have a nervous digger so I’d like to attempt to prevent (or at least slow her down) her from doing what she did to mine to the new seats

I have dogs too. If they did that they wouldn't ride in my vehicles.
