I have a 97 k1500 with a 3 inch body lift and a 2 inch axle block and torsion bars cranked. I’ve been wondering if anyone else has or knows if you can fit 16x10 wheels with 35s without doing a lot of cutting on the fender. Cutting the bumper and valence doesn’t bother me any but rather would avoid the fender.

I had 35s with 16x8s on my truck with just a t-bar crank. Only thing I had to trim was the fender and bumper filler.
It would rub the frame at full turn and rub the inner fender if i hit a bump while turning.
I ditched the 35s though and went with 33s. I didn’t want to regear for them. With the 35s and 3.73 my truck was a dog.
I now have a 6” and 33s.

My truck with the 35s and t-bar crank (not the best picture)

Totally off topic, but what headlights are you running? Would they fit a normal grille?

35's on 15inch rims. 3inch body, key crank and 2or3 inch blocks in the back(I have warped springs in the back. Before touching the keys and blocks, the truck sat level) no rubbing, trimmed a little off the front bumper, but that was done when i was running the 35's with only a 3 inch body lift.

Did this mess up your cv axle or put them at awkward angles ?
If you crank the torsion bars all the way you’ll get bad angles. Mine are up 3/4 of the way and you can tell there’s a slight angle but not enough to destroy the front end
