Everyone has an opinion on cams but I will tell you mine anyway, I have been around several Thump'r cams, and while they sound good, the power they make sucks, if fact in a heavy truck I have even seen them loose power from stock on the low end, while it may gain some up top, it isn't in a useable rpm range for a heavy truck, do not pick a cam solely on sound. Anyway that's my 2 cents.

They're called "thumper" because they thump. That is their only redeeming attribute.
