You will have to drill new holes for the crossmember but you can use full size bars.

so this gives you more height without having to crank and still does not change the geometry? that is what i assumed reading that.

same here, in my mind you cant get more height like that, without changing geometry. it just doesnt happen. your not moving your control arms from where they mount and they have more angle to them thus giving you the height/ geometry change....prove me wrong because it only makes sence!
