I happened to call WFO this evening and they also recommended running the PSC setup and advised they run that kit on 1500’s and it works well. I’m pumped to get this ordered and see the improvement. Will keep yall posted on how it goes
I had WFO install my PSC system and it was a night and day difference. Whole new truck on the trail. Have them send you a solid BW steering shaft also, it’ll clean up all the slop in the rag joint and give a more direct feel. Just don’t run into anything, you’ll impale yourself with the steering column.
One thing about the PSC system, I have the bigger pump and at low RPMs, it’s slow. I loose some steering power at low speed/RPM so that’s kind of annoying. But crawling around in low keeps the revs up.

Did you run the 1.5” or 1.75” ram? I’ve heard the 1.5” is great for street rigs, just wondering if that offers enough assistance with the Tahoe tipping the scales at 6600lb. Also curious if the 1.5” would provide enough boost for 40’s should I upgrade in the future.

Im pretty sure I have the 1.75, just because of the bigger pump. 1.5 should handle 40s though

Why? Is the telescopic shaft replaced with a solid unit? Its to my understanding all the replacements keep this safety feature. If they didn't, thats a HUGE liability.

Yes telescopic shaft gets replaced for a solid unit. The XJ shaft slides I think but it requires more fabrication for that fitment

Nice! Didn’t know that shaft option was out there. Gonna add that on the list of upgrades
