Hello,

Currently going through replacing my heater core and radiator hoses.

I noticed on LT1swap.com that the ‘98-‘00 computer has an output for electric fan.

If I have HP Tuners, can I just enable the computer to control a fan?

Is there a factory GMT400 fan I can install?

There's the "auxiliary fan", an electric fan positioned in front of the AC condenser, that was optional on the GMT400s. It can still be bought, e.g., on RockAuto, complete with brackets.

You can actually install two of these auxiliary fans, provided there is no existing oil cooler(s) to interfere. Examples of existing GMT400 coolers: Transmission cooler (typically mounted on passenger's side); engine oil cooler (typically mounted on driver's side)

You should be able to control any fan with the ECU, relay(s) and wire(s); that's how it was controlled prior, at least on the 1996+ GMT400s.

I'll post a picture if I can find one...

(edit) Here's one pictured, showing the engine oil cooler as well. Simply Google "gmt400 aux fan"
