2” primary tube headers on k3500

Can anyone please tell me of an interchange set of headers for a big block application with a 2” primary tube size on a 4wd

Hooker makes a set for 2wd but no one makes a set for 4wd.

I can’t be the only person that has need a bigger primary tube header on a 4wd.

Any absolutely any input who be greatly appreciated.

This is the AFR headed 496 I’m putting in my k3500 and I need something bigger than 1 3/4 headers.

My truck is also lifted and does not have the kick out oil filter. So I have a bit more clearance than a stock k3500 on both sides.

Am I the only person who has ever put a performance big block in one of these trucks?

Does anyone know of any header that will fit this platform other than the 1 3/4 primary tube header that is available as a direct fit?

Wish I had an answer. Looks like it'll be an absolute blast when finished though!
I'm going to put a 509 (.040 over 500) Caddy in mine, so I have to make friends with an excellent fabricator/welder myself.

Yes I just hope it pulls my 28’ enclosed trailer.

The stock 454 with 4.88 gears struggled really bad. It would barely pull it empty.

Extremely under powered.

Not the ideal vehicle to tow with. Hind sight...

can't 100% answer but would square body 4wd 454 headers work? I know that there is companies that make them for the 4wd 3/4-1ton but i am not sure on the interchange.

What year and cab type? Transmission type? How much power does the engine make? What is the intended use?

Seems like something that'd be available considering they sell the 1 7/8" ones for the 5.7L, you'd think they'd make something a little larger for the big blocks.

This summitracing search should work, gen 6 454, 2" collector-hard to say what fits the vehicle itself, but I'm sure you have an idea what shape they need to be to clear.
