I have a 99 k2500 suburban. Found a set of lift bar keys for a 00-07 k1500 for cheap. Can I run them on my burb till I get the 6" lift and deisel?

Probably not going to fit, and they're not going to gain you anything either. You can crank up to the droop stops with the factory keys unless your torsion bars are completely worn out, and you really don't want to do that anyway. Your ride will be terrible and you'll kill front end parts crazy fast due to bad CV angles. The highest you want to lift one of these trucks in the front by cranking keys is two inches. I'd recommend less personally because the ride starts to really suffer around that point.
