I am new to this forum only posted on here a couple of times but i need the advice of a fellow member who has done this swap before. I'm trying to find a 14 bolt ff and a dana 60 for the front axle, but i wanted to do coil overs and leaf springs. I am going to slowly start buying all necessary parts and steering components just curious if i should take it to the shop or do it in my shop at work depending on the skill level when i need to weld the shock mounts or hoops. I am going to be running 37s or 38s when i find the axles.

Leaf spring is a lot easier.

I would find a rolling chassis that has the 4x4 suspension and driveshafts. Get as much of the steering and suspension pieces as you can get
