Paint cleaned and polished. Rock chips and scratches filled. Three stage paint polish followed by cquartz ceramic coated and topped with cquartz gliss.

Paint isn’t perfect, but way better than before.

Running boards removed, time for a 2/4 drop. DJM drop spindles, Belltech shackles, hangers, c-notch, shock extenders (top and bottom) and Belltech shocks

Decided to run a notch for more clearance, I sometimes put a pair of motorcycles in the box and didn’t want to be sitting on the bump stops when the box was fully loaded

Shackles and hangers installed, new U-bolts to replace badly rusted ones.

Had to trim bed support in order to get front hangers to fit properly.

Shock extenders installed, had to trim factory bracket to clear new shocks at top slightly. Also installed djm front spindles.

Regret not painting djm spindles, they come uncoated and after a short time on the truck, they instantly became covered in an even coat of rust

Happy with the end result, but noticed some clunking in rear over bumps. Turns out the rear bed support was hitting the leaf spring on compression. Once it was trimmed everything was perfect.

Also trimmed front lower control arms to clear 15” wheels.
