Here's a few pics. I did get the fitting in finally. My dad ended up drilling out the fitting and tapping it.

How can I get the broken fitting circled in red out? I don't hAve a tap and die set or easyout
Hacksaw a groove into it, then use a center punch to fold the weakened part inwards. If you can get it to fold in enough, the diameter will shrink and you can pull it away from the threads. I'd give that method about a 30% chance of working beautifully.

thanks Erik. ill try that with the new intake im getting. buddy of mine has and old intake off a vortec that hes giving me. im going to clean it up and replace everything on it.

Now im chasing a problem with hard to start/long cranking and dying after started after the motor is warmed up. Never had a problem till i changed the intake gaskets. Ive checked the grounds and positives. Im at a lost on where else to look
