Thanks, using equivalent to 19260247 kit (58x timing). Runs with e38 ecu and t42 tcm.
Efi connection has 24x kit that would allow to use 411 ecu instead.

Does not look like much change, but a lot of work happening. More wiring, fuel tank is in, passenger header and starter. Belt is 1" longer than stock.

Filter and exhaust mocking up. I wanted to try and use stock filter housing, but to save time just going to be a hot air intake for now.

This might help someone. Ls3 crank sensor wiring have if using standard ls3 harness needs to be modified when using 08 v6 crank sensor for 58x conversion on a gen 6 bbc. Wires A and C swap places.

Was ready for a first test fire, just to find one of the injectors leaking at the extension that it was supplied with. Have to pull the intake back off.

I did get fuel leak to stop. Need longer injector extensions. Fired it up for 5sec. Obscenely loud. Going to connect exhaust before starting again.

Small clean up project. Made an aluminium piece for pvc system to tie to intake for air supply.
