Hello. Can anyone tell me what the paint code for my truck is and how rare the combo is? I haven't seen many like it.

You can find it in your RPO codes in the glove box, google GM RPO codes and you'll find a legend. I think there's a more specific set of paint codes on the sticker in the door jamb as well

If you run your VIN through compnine.com (costs $5) you'll get a detailed breakdown of all RPOs, including how many trucks were made with each option that production year. Granted that's one year only but it should at least give you an idea.

Although your light blue looks a little darker than mine.
That light blue fades bad! I've seen some here in greater Houston that have faded so much they're almost silver. Most trucks down here don't get to sleep inside.
