1995 Chevy Silverado electrical problems?

Did you clean up the ground on the engine block right front down low? G105 Engine block ground. Schematic shows the starter, blower motor, and several things tied to that ground. This definitely sounds like a ground issue.

Uhhg. '95 ground distribution is different than my '96. If you go to this link and get the '95 Driveability, emmision, and wiring diagrams it tells where all the grounds are for each circuit. https://www.gmt400.com/threads/88-95-service-manuals.43575/

There is a table after each schematic for each circuit that list the grounds and tells their locations, as well as the section 8A-201-page number to go to showing an image of the ground lug points. So you can see which circuits are on the same ground lug.
