1992 TO 1999 BLAZER/SUBURBANS TAILGATE AREA QUESTION replacement sheet metal part

Hi all I am looking for information .So on 92 to 99 blazers/suburbans the ones with tailgate/lift gate the tail gate area from taillight to taillight where the hinges are about 3in. by with taillight to taillight . What is that called valance or floor bed end? I need to try and locate a replacement for my suburban has rusted on one end. I call LMC got some girl that was trying to sell me a tailgate. I am looking for were I can get panel or any suggestions on what others have done. thanks.

Maybe number 4 in this diagram? GM part number is in the table, though I’m sure it’s discontinued.
