Hello Everyone,

I just picked this truck up a few months ago. Its a 1992 K1500 4x4 5.7L V8. It has 265K miles on the truck. I've owned other f/s trucks before including a 1999 Chevy Silverado, 2004 Chevy Silverado, & a 2008 Toyota Tundra RCSB, however this is my first venture with a GMT-400. I have to say so far I absolutely love driving this thing. I bought it for the sole purpose of fixing it up and being able to cruise it around with my son.

Here's a couple pictures from when i purchased it.

Why do you think it is older?

I'm guessing because of the wheels & no third brake light? However I'll bet it's a 92 cause of the grill/headlights.

Nice truck BTW.

I also can fully bet this is a 92... Not sure why he thinks its older... 90-93's looked identical from the outside. 88-89's looked almost identical to the 90-93's, having quad sealed beam headlights instead of the plastic composites.

Except for the trucks that came with single 6054 headlights. :waytogo:
