I did a bad thing today. Bought a catalytic converter. I must be getting old when I actually want to have one of these on my vehicles.

The weather finally got warm enough to break out the hose. First wash and wax of the year!

Today was exhaust day! The truck already had an aftermarket dual exhaust, but it was starting to rust out in places. I’m not a fan of side exit either.

Old system removed! It actually came out fairly easy and in one piece.

Extension pipe shortened and ready for install!

So at this point, I ended up making a hundred little adjustments - cutting, slicing, welding, shortening, to make everything fit perfectly. This ended up being close to an 8 hour install, so I didn’t take pictures throughout since there were so many small tweaks, but it’s installed and I’m very happy with it!

Cat and extension pipe!

Rear extensions and tips! All this meticulous attention to detail led up to this - perfectly aligned tailpipes!

Just scrolled through a lot of your pics. I think that means I have a problem too! When I order one thing to replace, I'm already thinking of the next thing. I just ordered new sun visors last night. Great work and the stance looks awesome with the new tires and rims!
