I considered doing the nbs MC on mine since I think my current mc is bad.

any mods to make it work? it'd be going on my 88.

You just need one fitting. I can't remember what it is. I can look at the truck and see.

Would also like to know more about the NBS MC. Make a new thread about it!

On the NBS master cylinder both fittings are 1/2" x 20 threads. On the OBS master cylinder one is 1/2" x 20 and the other is 9/16" x 18 IIRC. I used a 1/2 x 20 to 3/16" adapter and then another adapter to go from 3/16 to 1/4.

The front line out of the MC is the rear brake line, thats a 1/2x20 to 3/16 adapter then a 3/16 to 1/4 adapter and then the 1/4 line. The rear line out of the MC is the front brake line, theres a 1/2x20 to 3/16 adapter and then the 3/16 line out of it.

after looking at the price of one then buying a bunch of fittings I'll pass. I'll stick with an obs one to see if mine gets fixed and bleeds as it should then.

It's ~120 for a new one, and maybe 12 bucks in those 3 fittings, 1 of which you shouldn't need on a stock truck.
