14 bolt SF Disc conversion questions

I am putting a 14bolt SF in my '98 sierra x cab with an '02 escalade rear disc conversion. I have searched the website for the items needed but still need some help.

trying to locate the 60mm spacers I need and make sure that I need the 2 rear e-brake cables and intermediate cable off of a 99-06 x cab pickup.

please help.....

What are you trying to find exactly? Somewhere selling spacer's for this?

I've never seen them outside of a kit. I have seen people make them though.
