I was at the gas station a few weeks ago abd a guy offered me 16k cash for my 99 F250 diesel. And he pulled out a stack of green that would choke a horse. I wasn’t even selling it At that time. I declined. Two years ago I was gonna sell it and I had offers for that much.

someone left a note on my gate offering me “$400 for that old GMC that he knows dont run” (it’s my 89 GMC and it runs just fine I just don’t drive it.

truck prices are up. Used truck prices are up 25/50%. You can’t touch a diesel around here for less than 10k. And that’s beat up old rear drive 350,000 mile 20/25/30 year old construction trucks.

I'd like to know what this guy is smoking to think his rusted out truck is worth $6k: www.facebook.com/groups/221586764945824/permalink/1286381565133000/?sale_post_id=1286381565133000

Whether he'll sell or not... well, that's question we'll have to ask in a few months or longer when the ad is still up

"Due to truck market explosion...": https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/235573185133455/?ref=saved&referral_code=null

So... research shows these trucks are worth gold now apparently.
Your telling me. We’ve had some offers that were hard to turn down on our 97 cclb dually 6.5 But it’s not for sale. It will only gain value overtime.

I’ve been telling my brothers and dad that these truck are getting harder to get for a reasonable price......guess I need to show them this thread.lol
It truly is, I remember seeing these trucks on CL 5-6 years ago for $3000 and under when they weren't too rusty, and had decent mileage on the odometer.

Southern California Riverside Orange County San Diego. My BIL sold his 2009 Chevy diesel and he said he got high blue book. If he wanted he could of gotten 2-3k more easily.
when I had my truck for sale ( and this was 2018/pre covid) I had people calling from as far as Chicago and New York
