I'm in the middle of the same swap, everything went smooth except for the driveshaft problem. Seems I'm gonna have to shorten it, anybody else run into this?

the pinion of the 14 bolt is longer than a 10 bolt, its common to have to shorten on a stock application, many who swap are lifted on larger tires to warrant the bigger rear, therefore it works to accomodate the stock drivehsaft being too short. if its an ext cab you could potentially find a driveshaft form a SF equipped truck, but, getting a new one built is a better cheaper option.
