If it hasn't been modified it has a 24 volt electrical system and heavy duty suspension, their are other things different from the civilian production truck.

Unlike the CUCV, the CUCV II used a hybrid 12v/24v system with a voltage converter. They are definitely interesting trucks. I wonder what this one was used for.
