That's what you get with a "custom fit" wire set. On mine, I just wrapped it around the back of the distributor, then loomed it with the others. Another reason to get a set where you build them yourself. With my Taylor wires, I made them long enough to route around the valve covers which makes it easier to pull them for any reason.
