I used to have a ex police crown Victoria. I got messed with by the police so much it wasn't even funny. It was a great car otherwise. I went back to a 9c1 caprice and the police don't even look at them.

For real. I drove one in high school and it was bad. Even the resource cops at my school ****** with me and my car. It's not as bad now that most of the cops here are driving Chargers or Explorers.
What hasn't changed is that vics are still chick magnets...thats debatable though.

Well... at approximately 350k miles, the ol' Crown Vic is dead. Rust, wear and tear, and now engine troubles have caught up to my "free" car. I wasn't nice to her from February 2019 to November 2024. Had a lot of fun. Will be missed.

Well... at approximately 350k miles, the ol' Crown Vic is dead. Rust, wear and tear, and now engine troubles have caught up to my "free" car. I wasn't nice to her from February 2019 to November 2024. Had a lot of fun. Will be missed.

As far as engines are concerned they're cheap and plentiful.

If you put a post on FB Marketplace that you're parting it out, you'll have P71 fans beating down your door. I parted my son's P71 last year, and I made nearly as much money as the car originally cost me.
