‘96 Tahoe - vent line attached to fuel tank - available?

Is this bent molded plastic & steel line available? Mine has a rust hole. I’ve searched all over and can’t see anything that looks similar - wondering if it’s part of the fuel tank when you buy a new one?

I don’t see anything reason you can’t just gently cut away the plastic line from the barbs and run some rubber FI hose with clamps…..but if the actual line was available and not a ton of $ I’d prefer that.
