    1991 c1500 electrical issues

    My 1991 c1500 Radio,Heat,Ac does not function 90 percent of the time . The radio lights come on but when you go to change the station volume etc its frozen but every once in a while it works. For the heat and ac has a very similar deal with the display lighting up you go to change the blower...
