Need Help Identifying Lug nut, and rims

Correct lug nuts for drw k3500
I had an incident where my wheel studs sheared off and the wheels fell off one side of my 96 k3500 drw. I thought maybe the nuts worked themselves loose from the wheel studs being stretched due to overloading the truck but when I looked on rockauto for lugnuts I see none with a washer like on my...- Angelo

HELP, Crooked lug nuts, can't get wheels off, 14BFF.
So I tried taking off my wheels today and as title says, Their crooked, I need help, I can't fit my socket between the lug and the rim. any ideas on how to fix? I'm fine with taking apart the axle btw.- BlastingBat998
