computer reprogram gear ratio pcm

Reprogramming pcm from 4.10 to 3.42 gears
Guys, how or where can I get my pcm reprogrammed to reflect the 3.42 gear I have installed? It was 4.10 and I want the abs and cruise to work right. Black Bear wants $250 for this; it can't be that hard. My truck is a 97 K3500. Thanks!!- Tommy Frantz
