I have a 4" trail master lift that is not technically knuckle lift, but kind of is. It's like the Rancho lifts were. It uses a spacer on the upper ball joint mount of the knuckle to space the upper control arm up 4". My son bought this lift used to put on his girlfriends truck, then she sold...

No. We pulled it from a truck to put on a buddies 99 dually, but he ended up selling the truck before we installed it. It came off a truck with cast iron lower control arms. So whatever part number that lift is.

Read my whole response. You can't add a 6" raised spindle to a lift that has dropped upper control arms. I told him he may be able to do it if he put his control arms back in the stock locations, like yours are in the pic. But may run into problems with wider track knuckle lifts(RCD).

A smaller block in the rear to lower the rear? Or are the tires to big and rub and thats why you need the torsion bars cranked?

Yeah. I'm from Pa by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and My parents bought our old house back and last summer he drove back with a bunch of stuff they wanted to take back to that house and a F-250 bed for my Uncle. So I flew back to Pa and drove back to Ca with him. To bad he wasn't driving back again.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, no you can't. The knuckle lifts leave the upper control arms in stock location and move everything else down leaving the knuckle 4-6" longer than the stock one to make up the space. Where non knuckle lifts have brackets to move everything plus...

While you're at idle it is 20-30%. If so I would check for vacuum leaks. Possibly intake manifold gaskets. You could take it to a shop and have them smoke test it to make sure if you don't find any leaks. With it only being Pass side I wouldn't think it would be a mass air flow sensor. Are...

96 k1500 gas or diesel?

Boost is not power. Air flow is. Hell my GM8 would do 20 PSI with the waste gate wired shut. No power but I could get 20 lbs of boost. You can have a turbo put out 50 PSI and flow less air than a bigger turbo at 25. What I'm getting at is more boost does NOT equal more air flow or power.
