    I haven't done much to the Tahoe lately. I did buy HP Tuners in an effort to get the speedometer, tach, A/C, electric fans and fuel gauge working correctly, but that is kicking my ass. It's still a blast to drive though.

    I finally purchased HP Tuners 2. I tried copying what you posted for the gauge, but did not have any luck. Gauge still buries way past full. I'm sure it's operator error. I'll keep poking around in the program to see if there is something I forgot to click.

    I also found this wiring diagram. It has an A/C High Pressure Recirculation Switch. That makes me wonder if what I think is the A/C High Pressure Switch installed in my high pressure hose, is actually a A/C High Pressure Recirculation Switch, and that is why the A/C is not working.

    Leaks like that can be a pain in the ass for sure. The 6.0 will be a great addition to your truck. The 5.7 in these things is pretty weak.
