    If it's 2wd you won't have keys... Coil spacer, new springs or a lift will be needed.. tow mirrors and a roll pan? Personally never liked roll pans on a lifted vehicle..

    Surely you could turn the front down to level out the cv axles for best wearability of parts, then ad whatever size block to make it leveled, raked, or squatted... I would consider replacing ball joints, tie rod ends, idler and and pitman arm, idler arm bracket, and possibly control arm bushings...

    If it wasn’t such a pain I’d pull this 4” trailmaster off my truck, sell it to you and buy a 6”... just buy the rough country 6” and leave it turned down... flat cv angles should make it ride great, then do whatever amount of lift in rear to set it level..

    I’ve pulled on the headlight switch knob and it doesn’t seem to want to come off like the hvac knobs do... am I missing something?? Picked up 4 savannah knobs to replace mine..

    After installing rear door speakers you say the wiring runs to the center plug... where did you connect to the rear speaker wiring at? Where does that wiring run inside truck? I want to remove my rear 4x6 and ad rear door speakers

    Last time I took a hitch off in a junkyard I used a prybar to break the hitch lock... I’ve hit them with hammers and been able to lock them back afterward lol

    Soooo... after all this I rented a 2018 Cummins 2500 4x4 from enterprise truck rental.. hooked up my trailer and hauled it home.. $85 a day unlimited miles.. cost less than $200 total to get it 185 miles home.. trailer needs a new set of tires thanks to a blowout, and drive over fenders built...

    In the past I have unplugged the front actuator before shifting to 4x4... that will give you 2wd low range... I don’t remember what site, gmfs, fsc, gmt400, pirate, but years ago I read a thread about what wires to cut... I’m sure with a meter and a helper you can figure out the hot or ground...

    Flat towing

    I have a tow bar in my hands now., buddy at work had it in his shop.. I have to make the vehicle side brackets.. I don’t feel the bumper is strong enough to bolt to... the bumper is getting replaced so the holes wouldn’t bother me.. I plan to use 1/4” 3”x3” angle., bolted to tow hook holes...

    There should be a few threads out there detailing this process.. Lower ball joints will need to be pressed in/out Upper ball joint will be riveted in unless they were already replaced with bolt in style.. Control arm bushings must be pressed in/out Idler arm and pitman arm unbolts Pitman...
