Update: I used the "paperclip" method in the OBD1 port, I did not know that was a way to read the codes. I'm currently getting a trouble code #13 (downstream O2 sensor). I will be replacing the the sensor this evening. This would make sense and hopefully can continue to help with the high idle...- Tpok454

Thanks for the helpful advise. I adjusted the IAC valve once again I had to set the idle pretty low before plugging the IAC back in. The truck will sometimes idle at around 700 but most of the time it still wants to idle at 1,000. Schurkey My bad, I meant to say what you did, it will go from...- Tpok454

Removing blend door actuator on 1994 k1500 sbrc
Have you noticed any issues since not relaxing the top screw? I’m currently working on getting the top screw out and having a heck of a time with it, If I could get away without it on the new actuator that would be awesome!- Tpok454
