    NV4500 problems

Well, I ended up not having the pushrod lined up on the fork. I got that fixed and about a week and a half later I lost all pressure in my clutch. So I replaced the mc and bled the system and I still have no pressure. Any ideas what's up?

    NV4500 problems

It was a custom ordered with a nv4500 and its an external slave cylinder. The clutch wasn't disengaging all the way and I was told that it was because the pressure plate wasn't relating all the way and that was caused by the slave cylinder. So I replaced the slave cylinder and it was the same...

    Clutch not disengaging

So my clutch isn't disengaging all the way and I really need to fix it. When you press the clutch to the floor it's not disengaging all the way and it's makin it hard to shift and I'm sure it's bad for my tranny, I'm assuming it my clutch slave cylinder since it feels like the pressure plate...

    Grinding noise when turning

So, when I have my truck in 4hi or 4lo and I'm goin in a straight line, it works fine; but as soon as I turn here is a grinding/popping sound coming from the transfercase and the truck jerks a little. Is my transfer case shot? Also it's been leaking oil from the output shaft. I don't know much...

    Need help!

It's not that bad, it just lightly slides back and forth. Thanks for the help guys, this was my first time ever dealing with brakes.

    Need help!

I ended up heating the bolt head up, got a 10mm socket on there, let it cool off, and heated the caliper around the bolt and it came right out. Trucks finally back on the road, got both the rotors and calipers on and had to replace the left rear hard line. Only thing I'm wondering about is the...

    Rotor failed

Ya, I was shocked too when I pulled my wheel off and it looked like it exploded, I've never heard of it happening before and I asked my dad and he sad he's never heard it happening before. Anyways whats my part list for this? Other than the obvious: pads, calipers, and rotors.

    Bad breaks

Well, I went through my right rear drum, other than the shoes being a little worn out it looked ok. So me and my friend put it back together, went and got gas and on the way back to his place he forgot to take the parking brake off and now that doesn't work and to top it off my brakes completely...

    Bad breaks

So for the last month I've had a squekey sound comin from the right rear, i figured it was my breaks. So the other day my brakes started getting really bad and the parking brake light won't off now. I'm just wondering if the bad breaks are related to the parking brake light, is it supposed to be...

    Budget sas

I know, there isn't any real "cheap" way of doing this. And I didn't say I can't fabricate, I have everything to fabricate stuff except for a drill press. I also work as a welder at a fabrication shop so I can get some plate steel from here. I'm just trying to see if I can do this for under 1500

    Budget sas

My front end is shot and so I'm thinking bout doing a sas. I'm on a budget and was wondering what would be the cheapest I could do the swap and the least amount of lift. For the brackets I would be getting the ord sas kit, because it's my daily driver and I wouldn't have time to fab everything...
