    I found all of this stashed in the glove box minus the brochure and decal. Was a really neat find because I don’t think anyone had touched it in 30 years. I’m half scared to even try the features tape to see if it works.

    Clear on the other side of the state unfortunately. However I found the trans cooler lines patched with rubber hose and leaking bad. Gonna replace those, the filter and dump some Lucas trans stop slip and see what happens.

    It was really cool to find. I actually contacted the dealer that sold it new just to tell them the story and see if they had any info on it. Obviously 33 years ago they didn’t have the computer systems like they do now so info was scarce. But my next step is to find an old buds Chevrolet key chain!

    Yup $1300 cash. Was a pretty good deal considering a 90 reg cab long bed 5.7 5spd just went up forsale right by my place for $3500 with a rotten frame. Prices of these trucks have skyrocketed since my days in high school (late 2000s)
