How to make a typhoon out of a full size blazer

Newbie here, I know lowered 2wd trucks. Want to do full size 2 Dr 99 blazer as a typhoon style. Local guy selling a 4wd 2 Dr blazer cheap...As a rolling shell. I'm guessing escalade running gear? Not sure if they are better/best transfer cases front diffs. I'm probably leaning to a conventional...

Newbie question....flip kit or hangers and shackles

Planning my next day. Could be extra cab. What are the pros and cons? Both will have c-notch and extended shock brackets. Ride difference or clearance? Thanks in advance
