    25 psi after swap

That's a good idea too, my only concern is that I used braided steel PTFE line for the fuel lines and think they'll get bent out of shape permanently.

    25 psi after swap

Replaced regulator and still have 25psi, leaning towards it being fuel pump now, just don't want to have to drop this fuel tank in a dorm parking lot again.

    25 psi after swap

Shoot that is a good point, I do think if that was the case it wouldn't be running lean though, but I could definitely be wrong.

    25 psi after swap

Sorry if this is a redundant post, I've been driving my 5.3 nv3500 swapped 90 Sierra for about 3 months now. I finally ironed out the OBD2 sensor and realized I had two codes, P0174 and P0171. I bought a fuel pressure gauge and read 25 psi at the fuel rail, key on engine off. I tested for vacuum...

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

Drives great, the hp increase is insane, tach isnt hooked up yet so im not sure how the old NV3500 is really doing, shifts great but got a little hot after an hour on the interstate at 70. Realized I had a bad seal at the tailshaft so there wasnt really any fluid, of course I don’t really rag...

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

I’ve re-tested the injectors and they barely spray any liquid when I test them, so I’m worried they’re the real issue, almost wishing it was VATS instead though.

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

Runs when fed starter fluid from throttle body, seemingly as long as i spray it

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

Pulled all injectors after bleeding any excess fuel out of the rail, and two injectors had a ton of fuel come out after they were pulled. Two were “wet” the rest were dry, one had the gasket and end plastic piece stay inside the injector housing. They look decently clean though, only ready 10...

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

I haven’t fed it while it was running since I was under the impression that it would die if the MAF didnt have a good seal, I’ll try that next though

Yeah Im stuck in a very rural part of Arkansas, so no one that I can find has access to HP Tuners, amazon can get the OBDLinkX here by next week, I’m going to check these injectors and pray its them, thank you very much.

5.3 Swap crank but no start, Urgent

First time posting here, sorry if its not formatted perfectly or anything. I just swapped a 05 5.3, with an NV3500 into my 1990 Sierra, followed LT1 website to make custom harness, and fuse block. The problem is that my engine will crank, and will easily start with starter fluid, but dies soon...
