    I found all manuals listed under 1998 available except "unit repair volume 1 of 3 for the Trans. There was nothing listed under 1999 Hopefully I don't that manual anytime soon! Thanks!

    Okay, so I found a possible solution that seems simple enough. Basically eliminating the need for any programming or kit purchase. I’ll let you know if it works. If it does I’ll share for anyone else with the security nightmare. I’ll try to do it in the next day or so

    There is still an open port where I removed the hose off of the throttle body bonnet. So I have tried pulling codes an I have no power to the ALDL. I find nothing in the owners manual in the fuse diagrams about power to the ALDL. Not sure if this may be part of the issue or not. Need more...

    No I removed the hose from the valve cover, plugged and spray in the throttle body bonnet at that point of access. However the security light does not go out.
