    So i re bled it then noticed when I took the line off from my purge tank no fluid came out. So pulled surge tank off and cleaned it out had something stuck in the outflow so think I got we fixed now.

    it got that hot she was boiling. The thermostat is the second one I have put in had similar issue as this before a week ago in bad weather and I pulled the thermostat and ran it home. Now it seems that it isn't circulating at all due to it isn't showing any movement in radiator.

    Anyone installed any headers on a 1988 K1500 with a 5.7 ? I am looking at the ones that summit sells that are supposed to bolt up to stock exhaust. Reason being my manifolds have air ports for air pump and they have been eliminated and leak bad. Tired of the ticking air noise.

    Thanks for the info it vibrates at speeds around 65-70. Sounds like my old 203 transfer case when the chain was loose
